How do I start using GCash?
In order to start using GCash a Globe/TM subscriber has to:
1.Register to GCash via text
a.Text:
REG (4-digit PIN)/(Mother’s Maiden Name)/(First Name)/ (Last Name)/(Address)/(Telephone No.) with area code to 2882
Example:
type
REG 1234/go/wakeke/bakekang/1 apple street, apple village quezon city/029111111
then send it to 2882
Note that there should be no spaces before and after the slashes (/).
b.Make sure all information provided are true and the subscriber’s name is as reflected on the subscriber’s ID
2.Convert cash into GCash (Cash-in)
a.Via any GCash partner outlet
·Globe Business Centers
·Globelines Payments and Services Centers
·SM Department Stores
·Partner Rural Banks
·Selected Tambunting Pawnshops
·And other partners nationwide.
b.Via any partner Bancnet ATM
1)Select other services
2)Fund Transfer
3)Asia United Bank (AUB)/ G-Cash
4)Indicate cellphone number of recipient
5)Indicate amount to be sent
3.Now you can use GCash for the following:
a. To send GCash to other Globe/ TM subscribers just text:
AMOUNT(space)PIN and send to 2882+the 10 digit number of recipient.
